HOW THE PLANNING PROCESS WORKS

Getting Started
Once your event is confirmed, you will receive a unique username and password to access your dedicated planning portal. The portal is available to you immediately and can be used at your own pace throughout the months leading up to your event.

Your Event Planning Forms
Inside the portal, a planning form allows you to note details for your event. For weddings, the form includes a dedicated section for each formality of your reception — including grand entrance, first dance, family dances, toasts, cake cutting, and more.

Music Requests
The planning portal also includes a dedicated request list, allowing you to curate the soundtrack of your event in advance. Add must-play selections, note any songs you would prefer to avoid, and choose music to set the tone for cocktail hour and dinner — ensuring every moment of your reception reflects your taste and the atmosphere you want to create.

Planning Meeting
Approximately seven to eight weeks before your wedding, a planning meeting will be scheduled to review every detail in full. We will walk through your timeline, finalize music selections for formalities, discuss your vision for open dancing, and address any final questions before your event. Planning meetings can be scheduled in-person, virtually, or by phone.
